Try to install with the next driver:

HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software for Envy Inspire printer

Thank you so much for you assistance and the working link.  I spent 6-8 hours and HP's help desk was useless.  So was all of the links that were nothing more than a revenue stream for someone.  Have a great holiday weekend.
