Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just changed my ISP from an ISP that I had for about 10 years.  Changed from that network to a temporary network.

My HP 8620 Pro InkJet Printer worked on its own, on that temp network.

Now I have a new ISP, but kept my old router, so the network name has not changed.  When I check my network name using my computer, the network name is the same as it used to be for the last 10 years.

My HP 8620 Pro InkJet has been working perfectly through all of this.  Suddenly now this morning after the new ISP was installed, but the network name is the same, my printer isn't connecting to the network.

I really need to get some work printed off QUICKLY.  I have a 25 foot ethernet cable, so I thought I would just hardwire the printer to the router, at least for the time being, but I can't find the ethernet connection on the printer.  I have always connected wirelessly in the past.

HELP, please.

Hi @Zola90210 ,

Check in back connectors of the printer and you will find the Ethernet port.

Thank you so VERY much.  I have it sitting on the floor under my feet, using a direct connect to my laptop.  I REALLY appreciate your help so that I can connect it  back to the router and set it up properly on the new network.
