Product: Deskjet 2622

Hi I have just bought a new deskjet 2622   unfortunately I cannot connect to wi fi via the up smart app but when I try via my laptop I'm asked for a wps pin number? Can someone please tell me where I will find this? Thank you .

@Rob159, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

To print the WPS pin information, follow the steps below:

  • Press the Wireless button and Information button at the same time to print the network configuration page, and then locate a WPS PIN.

To set up the printer wireless, you can refer to this link ( page 62 to 64)

Also, this document may be of help.
