Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I h ave tried the different print drivers for this printer and none of them work properly with Adobe to access the Print Properties tab. I am also have similar issues with Microsoft Word and Excel. This is a brand new printer and it only seems to have a universal print driver that does not work like an earlier version of this printer did. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to fix it? I have reached out to HP and still waiting for help. I also use other HP printers and do not have this issue.
