Hi @Joyful147,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Most HP consumer printers support duplex printing only on standard media sizes such as Letter (8.5" × 11"), A4, Legal, etc.
Unfortunately, 7" × 9.25" (Happy Planner Classic size) is considered a custom/non-standard size, and HP printers generally do not support automatic duplexing on custom sizes.

Here’s what you can typically expect:

1. Automatic Duplexing (Two-Sided)

Only works on standard sizes like Letter, A4.

Not available for 7" × 9.25" on HP printers.

2. Manual Duplexing

You can print double-sided manually by selecting:

Print > More Settings > Print on Both Sides > Manually

You will need to reinsert the paper when prompted.

Make sure the custom page size (7 × 9.25) is added in the print dialog.

3. Workaround (Most users do this)

Print on Letter size, then trim and punch for your Happy Planner.

All HP printers with duplex can handle Letter size double-sided.

4. If you must print auto-duplex on 7 × 9.25

At the moment, HP does not manufacture a model that supports this custom duplex size.
Some users explore commercial/office printers (not HP consumer models), but even those rarely support auto-duplex on custom media.

I hope this helps.
