my printer prints all photos with white margins. i used the new software, the old software, changed all settings1 updated but no result. nightmarish white fields always and always

my printer supports the option to print without white margins and I always check it. with both new and old software. it doesn't work and it doesn't work

Check Print Settings:

• In the print dialog, ensure that the "Borderless Printing" option is enabled.

Update Printer Drivers:

• Go to Device Manager > Printers, and check if the printer has the latest driver installed. You can also visit the HP website for the latest drivers for Windows 11.

Print from HP Smart App:

• Try printing directly from the HP Smart app instead of using the default Windows print dialog to see if it fixes the margin issue.

Printer Settings in HP Smart:

• Open HP Smart and go to Printer Settings > Printing Preferences > Margins or Borderless printing options and make sure they are configured properly.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor(Windows only):

• Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool. Follow the prompts to diagnose and fix common printing issues.

Update Printer Firmware

• Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.

Reset Printer Settings:

• Perform a factory reset from the printer or the HP Smart app. This might fix any hidden configuration issues causing the margins.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the HP Smart software.
