HP website used to show that I owned an HP Envy 7855, but for some reason it shows it is an Envy 6255.  I'm thinking that is why I have had so much trouble with my printer in the past year.  Windows Update kept trying to download a HP file that would cause issues.  I would have to run HP Print and Scan Doctor to fix the problems.  Next time Windows Update would want to download that incorrect file.  I would have to run HP Print and Scan Doctor again.  This happened over and over and over.  Can I correct the website to read my printer as an Envy 7855 instead of what it is showing.  Could this be causing a lot of my issues with the printer?  How do I get it to recognize that I have a 7855?
