Product: Deskjet 2630

My printer was still offline so I turn off my Web service try to reset it. But now I cannot turn on it!! When I click ‘next’ button on the Web service page, it is loading all the time then back the previous page!I don’t know how could I solve it I have tried to set up Web Service all night but I failed..
