Product: DeskJet 3755
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please help.  I have been trying to print on my brand new DeskJet 3755 using cardstock paper all night. It either jams or only prints on the very edge of the paper not completing the full image.  Why can I select paper type other than 'plain paper' and 'glossy paper'?  I use cardstock often so I will need to get this figured out or return the machine. Thank you for any help you can provide!

HP Recommended

Because Deskjet 3755 doesn't support printing on cardstock.
