HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

Where to start.  Since 2016 I have had Instant ink, and my company pays for the subscription.  I have needed no more then 5 refills in all those years.  Unfortunately when my corporate card expired a couple of times it froze my ability to print until I updated the card.  A little invasive but no problem.  In April my computer was low in ink and it began warning me I needed to update my connection or I would no longer be able to print.  I spent over an hour with technical support and proved I had an internet connection, reset factory defaults, and proved my account was up to date.  The agents only solution was too send me some new ink, and then assured me if I cancelled my subscription it would no longer be a problem, but I had to call back to cancel.   I called back to cancel and they explained I needed to pay for an extra month etc... That was obnoxious since your software issue was blocking me form printing and you sent me fresh ink, and how little I used it.   Now its weeks after my subscription has been cancelled I still can't print because every time the error message comes up that "Cannot Print . Connect printer to update a HP instant Ink Status" I have spent literally another hour plus this morning sharing my connection status, server info etc.... NO ONE in tech support has a clue as to why your Intstant Ink software is still blocking my printer.  I have numerous case files open to review, and I am just curious before I go to replace me and my companies printers if you can solve this simple problem.  [Personal Information Removed]
