I rarely use my printer - but have just installed a colour cartridge. I wanted to print a test page to make sure alignment had been done correctly. Not easy to find in HP Smart so I looked on the HP web site. And, on there it said: Open HP Smart | Select your printer | Click Printer Reports | click Print Quality Report
So I opened HP Smart and there is no 'Printer Reports'. So I clicked Printables - nope, not there - so I clicked Print Documents, nope, not there, clicked Help & Support - nope, not there - and finally I clicked Printer Settings. This opened a window where, on the left there is a sub-heading called Tools and, under this, Printer Reports and there, at last, is the Print Quality Report. I mean, they are your products - can't you give simple, clear and ACCURATE instructions?
