Product: HP OfficeJet 8015e All-in-One Printer

I've had this printer for two years.  It's always been a slow PITA, but today the fussy-a&&ed thing wouldn't print until I reloaded the wifi, spent 10 minutes downloading the HP app, and finished setting up as if it were a new printer.  SUCH A TIME S&CK!  why???///

Agreed, having the same issue and this is infuriating, especially given how crummy the printer is compared to the older model I had prior which didn't perpetually ask me to install services like Smartprint (which not only do not do what they are supposed to do, but also cause things to be more buggy and dysfunctional than before they were installed.
