Why does my 9125e printer show up as a 9120e series printer EVERYWHERE? I thought they had sent me the wrong printer.

Hi @JonnyHa

To check what is your printer model look right to the frontal paper tray and confirm your printer model name.

About the software, HP is making the same software for a "family" of models, like Officejet 9120e, 9122e, 9125e, 9128e, that is why is showing the same everywhere.

In HP software application - Officejet 9120e.

Quite frustrating, but your response is correct. There's a giant sticker on the front that says 9120e series and all software says the same. I thought I had a 9120e because why wouldn't I think that since all software and apps claim that's what it is. No where does it say 9125e except on the front of the machine below the giant sticker that says 9120e. I didn't bother looking past the sticker. Guess I'm at fault.... sorta.... wish HP would use nomenclature that matches the actual unit sold.

Please suggest louder. I spent hours on the phone with Office Deport attempting to return a 9120e that was actually a 9125e.

Thank you for your help.
