I don’t know if this is the right board or not but this issue didn’t seem to fit in any other category. This is now my printer had been printing. I tried going to setup to clean cartridges but obviously nothing worked. I’m not sure what to do to fix this issue. Ink levels are not low when I checked! I found on the internet a possible solution to fix it: cleaning the printer head.. that didn’t work.

If the printer was not being used a longer period of time the liquid ink inside printhead on the ink cartridge gets so dried that even cleaning cycles in unhelpful. Basically your ink is stuck within the ink cartridge, sometimes the only solution is to replace ink cartridges.
You can try to soak ink cartridge ( bottom part) in hot water to dissolve dried ink, but if that isn't helpful the only solution is to replace both ink cartridges.
With new ink cartridges, your printer will print fine again.
