Hi,
Make sure there is no USB cable connected to the printer, a USB cable connection will disable any wireless setup availability.
Make sure the printer is ready with a solid power light, if it blinks press the cancel button to wake up the printer.
Make sure the wireless radio is on with a blinking blue light, if t is off shortly press the wireless button to turn it on.
Next, press and hold the Wireless button for about 20 seconds, as the Attention light starts blinking release the button and allow the printer to restart, then you should see an HP-Setup option...
