trouble setting up the printer

  • Printer details: What’s the exact model of your printer?
  • Connection type: Are you trying to set it up via USB, Wi‑Fi, or Ethernet?
  • System environment: Which operating system are you setting it up on? (Windows, macOS, Linux, etc.)
  • Symptoms: When you say it “won’t work,” do you mean it’s not being detected at all, or it shows up but won’t print?
  • Setup stage: Did you already install drivers/software, or are you stuck at the installation step?
