Product: HP 8725 3 in 1
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am getting a message saying that my wi-fi has been locked by the person who set-up the printer. I am the person who set it up and cannot rectify the problem.  I saw on a different thread that I need to restore the factory settings, but it appears that someone would need to PM me with this instruction.  Thank you.
