Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI Guys,

 

I'm currently working on construction company now and our site have no network. We bought hp officejet pro 7720. There is an option WiFi Direct which can be use wihout network. My colleague try wifi direct on phone and it works. but when we try it on all the computers the wifi direct not working. 

-settings

-printer and scanner

-add printer (wifi direct)

the pin will prompt on printer screen.

-input pin

-printer wifi direct installed but device is unavailble. 

 

Please Help!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

I recommend you to first install the Printer driver through this app on your Computer: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04675142

 

and then try connecting your Printer to it.
