Envy 6032
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Envy 6032 printer will not connect to my TP-Link Deco S4 Mesh system via wifi. Things I've tried so far

  • Re-booting the printer by holding the power button and wifi at the same time for 3 seconds
  • Changing to Deco system to 2.5GHz only
  • Changing security to WPA2-PSK [AES] only
  • Changing security to WPA2-PSK [AES] and WPA-PSK [AES]  - there is no option to set as WPA only

I have managed to connect and print if I switch off all network security so seems to be a problem with the network security. When the printer was connected I managed to update the firmware but still didn't resolve the issue.

I have manged to see the printer but it states during the set up process that my SSID is incorrect?

I have no problems with any other devices including an old Dell printer.

Can someone please help. Other people have posted that the printer does not recognise the correct wifi password but with no clear solution.
