Product: HP DeskJet 2655 All-in-One Printer

Hello,

 

Just last night I was able to wirelessly print documents on my older laptop with no problem. As of today, MS Paint will not connect to my printer/scanner so I can scan an important document. I opened hp and selected the scan doctor. It notified my of an update. After that update, I am receiving a "cannot delete output file" message. I cannot use my printer, scanner nor the program I use to connect my laptop to the printer/scanner wirelessly. Please help. I am using a windows 7 laptop. A newer laptop, phone app or smartphone are not options for what needs to be done.

HP Recommended

I uninstalled the drivers and now I cannot reinstall them. It is asking for Edge Webview2 Runtime, which will not work on my laptop. Please help!
