Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I created a simple greeting card, one piece of clip art and one text box.  Printer would not print the text in either Publisher 2016 or converted to PDF.  Then I used a Publisher built-in greeting card template.  Same result, only the graphic without the text, whether in Publisher or from PDF conversion.  Publisher is part of Microsoft Office 2016 Professional Plus.  I thought I beat this problem the last time I tried to print a greeting card.
