SmartStream Designer for inDesign
macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I just upgraded to Mac OS Monterey (v12) and also updated my Adobe Creative Cloud applications to their 2022 versions. In the past HP has been slow to support new Adobe releases. Anyone know if the current version of SmartStream plugin works on the 2022 version of inDesign (v17)? If not maybe someone from HP can chime in here and let us know when we can expect a compatible version of the plugin.

Thanks!

I can confirm that the current version of SmartStream Designer doesn't work with InDesign 2022 (v17)

I installed the latest version of InDesign on my personal MacBook just to test the compatibility before everyone on the studio clicked on the big update button! The SmartStream Designer installer throws up an error message saying it can't find InDesign 2021.

I'd love to know when we can expect a compatible version

Thanks for confirming, that is kind of what I though, hopefully HP will provide us with an update soon but I won't hold my breath, they usually take their time. I will stay on 2021 for now. Thanks!

P.S.: HP please give us a timeline when we can expect it.
