Message on printer screen is: There is a problem w/ the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists contact HP.
I have followed troubleshooting instructions. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing working.

Try these steps:
Warm Up the Printer: Ensure the room temperature is above 5°C (41°F). If the printer was stored below this temperature, allow it to warm up for up to 12 hours.
Check the Printhead Connections:
- Make sure the three printbar flex cables connecting the printbar to the main PCA are inserted fully and correctly. Refer to your printer documentation for specific instructions on checking these connections.
