Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Have VPN & tried to open program with U S server, Hong Kong server & no VPN. Nothing worked. reloaded Adobe software .  Using Chrome browser

Hi,

Be sure to install Adobe Flash Player from Internet Explorer and not via Google Chrome, so it will be installed for your operating system and not as an Google Chrome extention:

https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
