Product: HP Photosmart A320 Compact Photo Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer  A320 is connected via USB. Windows recognize the printer but do not install driver. Why?

Thanks for your answer. Everthing works ok until the point "Windows update". The update works but my printer A320 in not to find in the list. Any more ideas??

In windows Controlpanel/printers shows an icon Photosmart A320 / "Driver not installed".  When i installed driver for printer A470  instead it is possible to print photos.
