Hi, On my home network, I have the HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202w wirelessly connected to my Gateway/Router. The printer is seen on the lan at ip address 10.0.0.7. I have 3 other computers on the lan that are able to use this printer. All are Windows based. 2 of them are wireless, the third wired. I am having a problem connecting a fourth. The fourth should be connecting the same way as the third, wired and Windows 10, 64 Bit.
The problem I am having is that no matter what I do, I cannot get the driver installed. I have used Print and Scan Doctor to upgrade the firmware. I have tried the the various driver install packages. I simply cannot get the printer driver installed. Strongly, I am able to get the scan driver installed and scan from the printer, just not the print driver.
The images below show how my computer sees the printer.
How can this be fixed?
I have even tried to "add a printer in Windows 10". In some cases, after a scan, Windows 10 finds the printer and tries to install the driver. Sometimes it does not see the printer.
I have always been able to go to the embedded printer web server without problem.
Please advise,
Jeff
