HP Officejet J4580
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone,

Recently brought an Officejet 4850 on ebay for cheap. Plugged it into the PC and it's recognised by Windows in the Device Manager, however Windows cannot find the correct driver to enable printing/scanning. I have already scoured the web to no avail trying to find a solution. The HP website for the printer simply states that one should use the in-built Windows drivers (https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-j4500-j4600-all-in-one-printer-series/...). I have seen other users link the driver software on this forum however all of these links are now dead.

If anyone could help me out I would be very grateful! Seems a shame to have brought a functioning printer that now won't work due to driver incompatibility!
