Product: Photosmart C5180
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I am trying to set this printer up on Windows 10.

 

The printer is detected and appears in the devices list and the scanner is also detected and working.

 

But I'm receiving the message "Driver is unavailable" and the printer is not available as an option when attempting to print.

I have seen this link for the driver a few times but it does not seem to be working: https://ftp.ext.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL30777/mp-110020-3/AIO_CDA_Net_Full_Win_WW_140_408-5...

 

Your help would be appreciated.
