Product: HP 3636
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is not detecting drivers for HP Printer 3636. I have used the HP app and installed the printer, its connected to the wireless network etc, but its says 'Driver unavailable' I have tried following the support links on the HP website but its still not working. Any advice please?

Hi,

Please make sure the latest firmware is installed for the printer first of all:

https://support.hp.com/bg-en/document/c02919168

 

Next, follow HP Easy Start below to reinstall the driver, be sure to select the HP Basic Device or Full Feature Software option:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/HPEasyStart_11_5_4644_17.exe

 

May you see any difference once completing the installation?
