HP LaserJet P2014 Printer

Hello

Dear Sir or Madam

I have an HP P2014 printer. Its serial number is: [edit]. After the new Windows 10 updates, my printer is no longer recognized by Windows. I downloaded the software for this printer from your site and installed it several times , but the problem was not solved. My Windows is fully updated. My printer is not added to Windows 10 devices in the Windows update section. Please advise me what I should do so that Windows 10 recognizes my printer and it works with windows 10 ? Of course, it works well with Windows 7 and 8 .

There are several possible reasons why your Windows 10 computer is not recognizing your HP LaserJet P2014 printer. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow.

 

  • Check the printer connections: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer and that all cables are securely attached.
  • Check the printer power: Ensure that the printer is powered on and that the power cable is properly plugged in.
  • Check the printer drivers: Make sure that the printer drivers are properly installed on your computer. You can download the drivers from the HP website or use the driver installation CD that came with the printer.
  • Update the printer drivers: It is possible that your printer drivers are outdated, causing the printer to not be recognized by your computer. You can update the drivers using Windows Update or by downloading the latest drivers from the HP website.
  • Restart your computer: Sometimes, simply restarting your computer can resolve the issue.
