Product: Laserjet M1217 nfw MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can not download the driver necessary for Windows 10 operation of the Laserjet M1217 nfw MFP.  I attempted all the driver installation suggestions on the web site.  The hp installation wizzard does not support the the printer. My lap top I am attempting the install on is a Dell Inspiron 5559. Please help. Thank you.

Thanks for exploring the HP Support Forums with your driver inquiry.

 

I understand that you are trying to install an HP LaserJet Pro M1217nfw Multifunction Printer on a Window 10 PC but you are unable to download the necessary driver. I would like to help.

 

I just check and the software is available for download. You can click here to go to the HP LaserJet Full Feature Software and Driver Download page. There should be a red 'Download' button.

 

When you get the window when it says to select a download method, I have personally found the 'Download only' method a little more strait forward.

 

What is happening when you try to do the download. Please let me know.
