Product: HP OfficeJet 3835

please can someone help. I have an Officejet 3835 which works fine, however it hasn’t worked for my work printer long since the system was moved into Windows 10. Is this printer compatible with windows 10, and how do I get it to work. 
I’m really not technical!!!

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

First the complete printer software must be uninstalled or deleted!
