Hi,

I used to have an OfficeJet pro 8610 printer installed on my computer running under Windows 11. I have just replaced it due to the fact that the printings are no longer working. I have bought another HP printer but before installing the new drivers, I have unstalled the help and the software associated to the 8610. Then I have installed the drivers for my new printer but there is an entry left into the parms for the fax device of the 8610.

I would like to get rid of this device but I did not find a way to achieve this. I went to the HP site to find a generic utility for removing leftovers but I did not find anything.

Any idea?

 

I have just found a way to fix this situation by going to the administrator account. This post can then be deleted/closed.
