Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP 7855 Envy Photo all in one printer. All HP printer updates have been installed and Windows 11 is up to date except for the following message.

When I check for Windows 11 updates I have a failed HP update. It states:

"Windows update

Updates failed

hewlett-packard-usb-2/10/2017 12:00:00am 44.1.2402.1741 update failed install error 0x80070103"

I had several of these failed HP updates and was able to hide them but this one I can't hide.

I have run the trouble shooter with no luck.

I have tried to hide it with no luck.
