Windows update continuously shows HP USB driver installation. All is working well without any issues but this message on Windows update is showed any time I start , restart my PC or run the Windows update.

I installed the HP Support Assistant and shows all is OK, and no driver updates available.

Does some one have any real solution for this.

Hi Praveenbv,

Thanks for your reply.

I have a  clean installation of Windows 11 but the issue still. It is the same issue I had when running Windows 10.

Is there any option completely remove the driver and reinstall again to see if ti works?

Thanks

Regards

Hi@CViquez

Link to update the BIOS.

Also, update the graphics driver using this link.

You can try updating the drivers on your PC using an HP support assistant.

Refer to this article to know more information about using HP support assistants.

@CViquez,

`We have done the basic troubleshooting as per the document and the notebook needs to be checked taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.

I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.
