My Brother MFC printer will not function wirelessly. It has to do with the Realtek PCIE CardReader and Windows encountering an error while attempting to install them. The driver for this device has been blocked from starting because it is know to have problems with Windows. Contact the hardware vendor for a new driver. (Code 48).
If you know the manufacturer of your device (HP) you can visit their website and check the support section for drivers.
I am not technology savey and need direction please.

See if installing the latest W10 Realtek SD card reader driver directly from the Realtek site resolves the problem.
Download, unzip and run the setup application from the first file listed at the link below...
