Product: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3515 e-All-in-One Printer

I have two desktops where I can plug in this printer and it works perfectly fine but when I try to do the same on this computer it just refuses to co-operate. 

In short Windows 10 doesn't want to recognize this printer as a printer. I have tried evertyhing but it still doesn't work, not even the driver installation will work, because it won't let pass the "plug in your printer" step. I'm starting to consider reinstalling my Windows but that seems like to much work for this problem.
