Hello, My issue is connecting to my printer wirelessly. This morning everything worked fine then the printer disconnected on its own. When I try to reconnect the printer to the router wirelessly, the printer says its already connected. When trying to connect from the computer, the printer is visible but when clicking on the connection, the computer says the printer is offline. The HP Smart app is connected to the printer, but when trying the print or scan option, the app states that the printer is offline. The troubleshooting I have already done was reset all connections (Modem, router, printer, pc), removed the printer from the pc and re-add to the printer list, factory reset the printer. All to no success. Another issue that came up was since the reset of the printer itself, now it cannot print and states i need to subscribe to use current ink cartridges.
