How to factory reset my HO Smart Tank 6001?

I don't have the same printer you do or don't know what your issue is why you want to do a factory reset but be very very careful proceeding, my printer wouldn't connect to our HP laptop and the diagnostic tool/software led me to do a factory reset and now the printer has completely crashed and won't connect to the wifi at all. Can longer print from desktop or mobile devices. Nothing is working now.
