Trying to get my computer to connect to the printer and it wont work. Does having a passcode on the wifi matter?

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please let us know the printer's name and the model number along with the network setup of the HP device so that we can assist you further?

 

We would like to inform you that both the printer and the device should be connected to the same network. 

 

Also please follow the steps to restore the network in the provided link below.
