Product: HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer

Hello.. trying to print from a Lenovo laptop and it has worked for years. I recently set up a new Lenovo laptop and can successfully print from it. I can no longer print from the old one. New one windows 11. Old one windows 10. I tried updating drivers but not sure O was successful.

Try to install the next driver for your printer:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/EN7800/basic/Basic_Webpack_x64-44.11.2778-EN7800_...

 

Once you install, restart your computer and try to print again.

* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.
