Hi,

How far is the printer located away from your router?

Which router is it?

The printer only supports a 2.4GHz wireless band, if your router may only broadcast a 5GHz Wi-fi band, your printer will not see it.

The router is in the basement and has run well in the past. The wireless wizard sees my old SSID name but not my new name. The SSID was changed when I upgraded my service.

And what router is it?

Checking your wifi wireless band would be my first recommendation, a such can be verified with your router service provider.

router is dlink. I have been away for a few months and all was working before leaving. Tried to reinstall but printer does not see my SSID but sees my old SSID as well as the neighbors.
