Says unrecognised postcode when trying to set up - wants a specific format - AL-2640. The box doesn't even let you put that format in. My post code is 4220. Why wouldn't you be able to skip this screen - major developmental problem for a massive company quite a surprise. 12345 does not work either.

Hi,

have you made sure you selected the correct country the step prior to the postcode? such may happen when selecting an incorrect country and therefore the postcode being rejected.

There is no option to select a country in the before. The page before is - Status and Alerts.

Are you trying to install the HP Smart app? the HP Software? what exact installation you are following?
