If your HP Officejet 4500 Wireless All-in-One Printer - G510n is not printing, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are some common troubleshooting steps you can take:

Check Printer Connections: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If using a wireless connection, check that the printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.

Check Printer Settings: Ensure that the printer is set as the default printer on your computer.

Check for Paper and Carriage Jams: Ensure there are no paper or carriage jams preventing the printer from functioning properly. Watch this video for guidance on fixing a carriage jam:

Check Ink Cartridges: Verify that the ink cartridges are correctly installed and have sufficient ink.

Hi @Mermelada 

Some older printers like Officejet 4500 are a little bit difficult to install on Windows 11.

 

Maybe you need to go to basic connection using a USB cable to connect your printer.

 

(1) Connect a USB cable between your printer and Windows computer:

(2) Then please try to install the next driver for your printer:

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.
