Hi,
I'm just wondering how to connect my Windows wirelessly so that Windows 10 recognises my printer.
I changed my router but the printer wouldnt connect to it. So I removed the printer device from where it was recognised on the Bluetooth setting of win 10. I tried to reinstall the printer through win 10 but it didn't recognise. Later, I finally connected to the new router via use of was button on the router, but still the printer not recognised on Windows 10. So now I have a connection to the router, yet no connection between the printer and my computer.
Can you help please?

Problem sorted!
I found the original CD and ran the installation program. This instead of downloading only HP Smart from the internet

Hi,
Make sure you restore the network settings of the printer and then reconfigure its connection via HP Smart, it is possible that your printer have manual settings for your previous network which prevent a such:

Also, following the wireless reconfiguration print and evaluate a wireless test report and check if it may list any attention or warning to cause any such:

Thank you shlomiL
I did reset network settings, and it didn't work.
Do you know why the printer appears on Bluetooth page on win 10 yet it doesn't after I removed it? Does this connect via Bluetooth as the printer was recognised on Bluetooth until I removed it. Seems so simple that you connect to wifi router and then it just automatically connects to computer...if I'm understanding correctly

Hi,
Did you print and evaluate the wireless network test as suggested? be sure to clarify if you may see any warning identified by the report.
