Previously = before installation of HP-smart : I could print 1, several pages or whole document.

Now = after installation of HP-Smart : to print the whole document is still succesful; to print 1 page only : no result.

I see that you are not able to print a single page of the Word document. Have you tried printing a PDF file and check if the issue persists?

Check the print settings on the app. You will have an option to select the page number to be printed. Set "1" and try printing.

Reinstall the HP Smart app and check if that helps.

 

If the issue persists, uninstall the app. 

Click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Try printing.

HP 3050 ; after installation of HP-Smart

As suggested by Kumar0307, I  tried  to print a PDF. I saved the Word document of which I could not print a single page as PDF.

Result :

- PDF single page : printed

- Word single page : NOT printed

Then I removed the table of contents of  Word document.
Result : Word single page : printed 

I reinstalled HP-Smart, but the problem remained.

I'll continue to try to find a solution.
