Word docs sent from iphone X do not print full page when sen to printer and preview is also incorrect

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue. 

 

To better assist you -

 

1.) Are you trying to print using AirPrint or HP Smart app? If you are using AirPrint, try HP Smart app and vice-versa. 

 

2.) Have you tried printing from a different application? If the issue is only with Word, check for app updates. 

 

While you respond to that, let's try updating the iOS device. Refer to this document for steps - Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

 

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
