Hi @CarmenOtivar,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on. This can help reset any stalled processes.

Check the Ink Cartridges: Ensure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and that none are empty. If needed, replace any empty cartridges.

Check the Paper Settings: Make sure that the paper in the tray is correctly loaded and the type of paper selected matches the one in the printer.

Clear Paper Jams: Check for any paper jams in the printer. Remove any jammed paper if present.

Reattempt Alignment: Once the printer has restarted and everything is verified, attempt to realign the printheads again, ensuring that everything necessary is properly set.

Update the Firmware: Ensure that the printer has the latest firmware updates. This can usually be done through the printer's settings menu or by visiting the Official HP® Support.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
