Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6970 All-in-One Printer

Hello,

since the last firmware-update to MCP2CN2405AR the Officejet 6970 Pro does not scan the real A4-size.

The printer scans the wohle glas-platter-size. If i want a scan of the A4-size i have to set the size to 200 mm width and 284 mm height dispite 210 mm and 297 mm. It happenss with the HP scan-assistent and also with scanning via the embedded web server and on different computers.

I startetd the printer several times.

What can i do?
