My serial number is not being accepted as it isn't the same as what it should be. I can't get anywhere to help as the first thing I'm asked for is my serial number. Any help would be much appreciated. I've been trying for the last 5 days

What do you need the serial number for?
Where did you find the serial number you are entering?

I need the serial number in case I have to contact HP for any problems. Can't get to anyone unless you type in the serial number. Like myself been trying for about a week now trying. Always come along with getting asked serial number even to virtual help you must supply the number to advance. My serial number is on the back of the printer plus I printed it out when I set up my account. Nowhere is accepting my number. I've even asked family members to double check the number and still says it's wrong.

My serial number on the back of the printer is  [personal information removed] the same number on the printout when I set the printer up. I try to access various HELP pages plus virtual help but I can't in to any assists but I can't get help because my serial number isn't accepted. This is driving me nuts. How can I get this resolved? Please
